A Time to Revisit Old Projects

In times like these, it's a good time to reflect and pick up old projects that have been on the back burner. Back in 2014, Stephen created this study of men signing up to join the Civil War in downtown Jefferson, Main Street looking toward Paddy Mountain. This week he decided to revive this forgotten idea for a painting and is bringing this historic event to life on canvas.
